The putting green, here seen on site at Canary Wharf, is a construction of an idea of luxury and leisure. Constructed from replica money, British notes of varying denominations, the surface is at once an object of play and delight as well as a representation of leisure and wealth. This many-layered characteristic helps construct the design idea behind the putting green.
